Mercedes 190D 2.5T power loss / overload mode
Hi!
I am having some problems with my 190D 2.5T and found a similar thread on this forum: http://mbca.cartama.net/showthread.php?t=534&page=2 And heres another: http://mercedesshop.com/shopforum/sh...=222418&page=2 The sympton is extreme power loss. Car is a total dog. Strulling to maintain 60mph on the motorway. I have tried bypassing the overload valve and this fixes the problem! I removed it from the car for diagnose, and it seems to work fine. The connections are as follows: normal: 2-| power on: 2-3 ![]() ![]() I am unsure how the overload switch is activated, but I understand the manifold pressure switch is one of the "ways". I tried unplugging the cable for it, but the problem remains. What other reasons are there? Thank you very much
