Heatercore leak maybe a good thing

Sun heatercore leaked driverside what a mess. After removal of bottom knee panel discovered leak is beyond pipe connection. Hoses redirected to bypass core until i can repair. Since doing this ac now blows ice cold air. Last year ac was converted to 134 and never blew as cool compared to r12. I think the reason for poor ac performance core is clogged and tranferring heat to evaporator. Soon to find out.
