If I understand correctly 209's drive train has much improvements over 208 which had the same drive train (suspension and steering) as the E class.
I think 208 looks much more agressive outside but, 209s interior is hands down a winner. Plus the pillarless windows are just amazing, and a head turner (may times I get thumbs up from people when stuck in traffic
)
