mjr24- Not digging at you by any means, but they are finding wrong information then. The house is double that in value and 1k sq. ft. bigger than stated. Median value in the area is 260k and thats because people are building these 100k spec homes out west of me. I will say homes are down right now an average of 50k in the area. People can speculate anything they want. They don't know if I just added a guest house and pool, irrigation system, or anything else, see what I'm getting at. They are trying to make sense of everything and there is no reason for it. When we built this house 3 years ago I spent 5 nights a week in foreign countries. I didn't feel the need to build a 1 mil plus home and pay 25k a year in property tax. But they knew all that too, because they know me and my life. At first it pissed me off, now it has become entertaining to watch people tell me about my life
