Yep, the P012x codes are throttle position. It would be the most logical code to be thrown when the accelerator module packs up. But I've heard that, depending on exactly how it fails, it can throw a host of odd codes, including false transmission codes. This is because the TCU and ECU get conflicting input as to engine speed.

Like I said earlier, just drop in a new pedal module. If it isn't the problem you can be confident it will be some day soon. But it's usually the problem.
