I think it depends ‘when’ you are seeing the Freon pressure at 12 . On my car, when the car is started, and the AC is turned on, in park, without touching the gas, I see as high as 15. but it’s 7 while driving, and 11/12 while waiting at lights. On a hot day, my AC blows very cold air.
