This is loading Dyno Dynamics dyno, its different than a dyno jet (search for more info). Drivetrain losses are 22% on DD dynos. Also dynos were done in 80% humidity roughly so that also pushes the numbers down a bit (roughly 10-15HP compared to low humidity conditions).
Yes these gains are for CLK55 (or any naturally aspirated 5.5L AMG V8). They all dyno the same pretty much since they are essentially the same engines +/- a few HP/TQ.
