If so, please share...because I always here the good side but being objective I want to know both the good and negative. All couldn't possibly be good all the time with these headers...I want to hear the pros and cons...first had experience...anyone care to share what they know?

Not fist hand experience yet but if you're looking for negatives with aftermarket headers the only things I've come across from people are:
They can crack (very rare)
They can leak if they're not installed properly
Dealer hassling you if the car is still under warranty
The good? Well, more HP/TQ, better sound (subjective) and probably one of the most effective mods you can do for a naturally aspirated engine like ours short of throwing on a blower...
