For me, the GTS was pushing it moneywise.
I could buy the Turbo S but would have to forget about my fast cars.
I'd rather have a GT3 and a Cayenne GTS than "merely" a Cayenne Turbo S.
If I didn't have a bad experience with my wifes little 3.0 liter X5 I'd be interested in the upcoming 550 bhp X5M though. I think they're south of $100k.

I hear you. Let's face it though, you have one of the most impressive stables of cars I've seen. With the building business slowing down (practically stopped), the days of me buying new top euro cars may be over I'm afraid.
Certainly the Turbo S is crazy money at $125,000. Early last year I was very close to buying the regular Cayenne Turbo from the same close friend I bought my W220 from...unfortunately it just didn't make economic sense but at least the 4.6iS is running great after all these years...
btw, I'd give the new X5 another chance, it sounds to be some car in M form
