I'm in NY, the economy is slow. I thought like the release of the new C-Class in 2008 there would be no discount off MSRP. But to my surprise when I asked the Dealer salesman he was receptive. Remember in addition to the slow economy MB is getting stiff competition from the BMW 5-Series especially with the free maintenance offer for the first 4 years. The free goodies is another issue that I will work into the deal as well.
