Have to agree with everyone else here. You don't want to use that. All those nice little aluminum fins are going to capture heat on the hotside and it's going to migrate to the cool air running through the inside. Will work just like a heat exchanger.
Remember ... heat always runs from high temp area to cool. The exterior will undoubtedly be the high temp area.
