Supply and demand ... plus the dealers desire for a certain profit margin. If 4Matics aren't readily available, don't expect a similar discount as compared to RWD. You might check with Ryan at MB of Westminster (CO), 303-410-7853. As of two days ago, he still had a handful of 4Matics.
