I have just checked Mercedes EPC Software for the models I mentioned above. For the given model pairs, EPC has exactly the same part numbers, therefore airbags should be indentical. Let me also clarify that the w203 c180 engine is a 4 cylinder engine and the w203 c63 engine is a 8 cylinder engine and they both wear exactly the same part number airbag. I hope this helps.
