I am looking into a Quaife once my other one is installed on MayBelle and I see how that one works. There's quite a few used ones floating around. They say the Quaife (just ask the two Mike's) makes a world of difference.

yah, i should be able to hit a mid 12. Hooley is gonna let me "borrow" his DRs. I have no experience with them but i'm sure I will pull a better 60' than i would on streets. and with more mods than last time, traction is definitely an issue and a 2.1 on streets is not reall possible anymore. i really have to feather first gear, like really.
yah I'd like a Quaife, but with application fees (first round looks like its gonna cost me 1300), i'd rather hold off.....b/c i havent even gotten to secondaries yet, which will be like 70-100 per school.....times 36 schools (yes, i'm a little bit superstitious, one school per point on my test lol).....it adds up
Which mike's are you talking about? i know Hooley (also a Mike) doesn't have a mechanical LSD like a quaife.
