i've researched that a bit. Are you talking AMG front bumper or non-sport? First problem is that the AMG front bumpers in 2010 have a larger extrusion for the LED-based fog lights, the 2009 and below 221 AMG front bumpers' extrusion is too small to fit the new lights. It might be possible to use the E class smaller LED lights.
