I'm not sure if mine is horribly broken anymore though. The dyno I had done origionally stock that showed 528 HP was done in Oct 2008. After the repairs I had some problems and the dyno showed mid 400s. After more extensive work I took it back and pulled out a 505 HP. What I didn't see was the temp in the dyno room that day. I can now that I have the dynojet files. It was 92 degrees when I did that run compared to the 79 before. The 2nd run in Oct 2008 the same day showed 513 hp, heat soak related and still only 79 degrees. My lower 505 post repair dyno could be because it was 92 out and possibly not that there's really anything wrong with it. It does get stupid hot here in TX.
Hopefully someone with more dyno experience can correct me if I'm wrong here. But, shouldn't the ambient temp only affect heat soak? It's my understand that most dyno runs are corrected to take atmospheric conditions into account.

I do agree with Clayton, though...a trip to the dragstrip would be the best "dyno" in this case. I know he had a "low power" tune on his car and had amazing results...so you could potentially have a similar result.
