MERCEDES welcoming letters in HU

How can I have MERCEDES welcoming letters instead of the brand my HU?I've noticed some people have that for their aftermarket HUs.

Duh, wouldn't you suppose it depends on the brand?

Like I said, I've noticed people with aftermarket HU and they have MB logo instead for the start-up screen

You're probably better off posting your question on a forum discussing whatever aftermarket head unit it is that you have.

We have no way of knowing what brand and model you have. Its not like there's some generic way that will work on every one out there.

Looking in the instruction manual that came with it would be a good place to start.

The manual doesn't help, trust me...

I have the Alpine IVA-W505 and some people told me to burn the pics I want in a CD and just upload it in my HU?

I don't trust you. I downloaded the Alpine IVA-W505 manual from the net and it clearly shows how to set-up the start-up screen. Page 41 on the manual I was reading.
