If you already have Bluetooth for the cell features of the iPhone, you can add a Dension Gateway 500 for the music features.
For information on handsfree, if you don't already have it, see http://forums.mbworld.org/forums/sho...77#post2788377 For information on the Gateway 500, see http://forums.mbworld.org/forums/sho...d.php?t=194660 - although it is an installation in a W220, you'll get the idea. Also, your car has the D2B fiber optics bus, so you'll need that version. In your perusals, you may also come across the names MoBridge and iTronics. For those I leave you to your own research. As a new guy on the forum, you might also want to read http://forums.mbworld.org/forums/sho...d.php?t=260977

There is a factory ipod kit available in your car however it will not allow you to use your phone hands free.
