Sorry, the pic on the right, under the "Balance/Fade" button is where the "sound" button usually is. And the pic on the right, under the "cd" button, there is usually another button for the multiple cd player.

No, not the original owner, and there are no navtv parts that I'm aware of.

Yes, the single cd player is behind the display, and the multi cd changer is in the glove box. All original.

sounds like it is in the MOST line. unscrew the screw in the glovebox that holds the changer in. next time that it does that, slide the changer out, unplug the optical wire in the back of it, see if you see the red light on the input side of it.
yes... then you have audio being passed, no... then there is a problem with one of the components, hell it could even be the changer, not passing the optical out to the comand. so, to be technical about it, I would check both the amp and comand also. |
