The H&R kit lowers 1.4 front, 1.3 back... I went with the Eibach ProKit which was 1.8 front, 1.7 back. Honestly though, it lowered it at least 2" front and back. I also bought KYB Gas-A-Just shocks to go with it. Many of my friends have told me you can't get lower springs than the ProKit without sacrificing ride quality (race springs).

Just installed the suspension last weekend.

The H&R claim of 1.3 & 1.4" are underestimated, mine lowered more, and of course takes time to settle. Also depends on if you are swapping spring pads and what size you are currently running as to how far it would take it down...

Hey Tractorcrusher, nice ride! My car looks identical to yours except i have 17" mono's. Are those 18" rims? It is hard to tell from the angle of the pic. Have you heard of Vogtland springs? Any input would be nice. Thanks!

I was doing a lot of research on them and supposedly they are a superior spring compared to any other spring. They are German made and give you a drop of 1.5" in the front and 1.0" in the back. Here is some info on them...http://www.autoaccessorystore.com/vogland.htm
