my car threw yet another code..

where should i go to get a diagnosis for my c280

auto zone

shop

dealer

advanced auto

went to autozone then prestige european specialist in crystal river 200.00 later in oil and diagnosis i was over 200.00 i also had a p0460

mass air flow was changed out and i ran some lucas gas treatment through i hope that didnt do it..
