Can I make my w202 faster?

So I have a year 2000 C280 Sport. I think the stock HP is something like 195 or so.

What mods can I do in order to increase the HP and power, or even the efficiency, of the car? Of course something reasonable - no E55 engine upgrades!

I know a few like air filters can help, but what else? Engine chips? Other ways?

I hooked up a Weapon R Ram Air Intake

And obviously more air MOGO but... I throw Codes like a mother and I'm always back n forth checkin them makeing sure their the ecu reporting increased air flow..

Untill I can Flash the ECU at a dealer or myself with the proper technology I will haft to live with the codes cause my new mass air flow sensor from autohausaz.com thank you autohaus!! is doing its job very well ... The ECU is mapped at another frequency of air flow therefore throwing the code.

My Intake Makes So much a Difference though I mean at least 15+ HP It works with my Remus Exhaust and theirs a roar that is very intimidating!

I go from 0-60 in about a few seconds and the pull is very nice
But I also have Bosch Aftermarket Performance Everything Installed Wires cap new coils treated MB since paid for at 37.400 ten years ago I paid 4500 for it

I also am looking at the new crank pulley just released by ambian i think it is performance crank pulley is my next purchace...

You could do a Exhaust Upgrade but make sure they know about compression cause an engine can be deprived from lack of compression its must be right or your lose will be of horsepower economy and sound.

I have your car so I know what it does and doesent chips are a good way to blow an engine cause it maxes out everything if you dont mind looseing your longitivity of ownership than chip it but i havent and mines running new at
161460 and i'm lovin every minuate of it.

Your wheel bearings are constantly turning so they slow down cause friction of turn friction to finsh radius complicated terminology makes sence to change them a....Yea there like 60 a set autohausaz.com

good spark plugs wires and make sure u stay flushed every year tranny flush keep your oil changed early mobile 1 fully synthetic 15 50 extended performance dont be afraid to pay 80 ( usuall cost to run this type of superior oil) an oil change your engine will thank you for it everytime!

That's for now Hit me back lata

You can only expect very minimal gains from most filters, chips, etc. Prob from a cash to hp ratio it'd be cheaper for you to sell your car and pickup a c36 or 43. That being said filters & intakes are basically more sound than anything. Losing some weight where you can, pulley, exhaust, and simply making sure your car is maintained properly.

A well maintained car, good suspension, and track time will make your driving much more enjoyable.

Agree... It's nearly impossible making our cars fast without after-market forced induction or motor swaps. For that money you could sell the car and buy an AMG cheaper.

Just enjoy the car and try not to dick with the motor.

I don't know how it still always continues to surprise me how immature some members of this forum are... No wonder traffic is so low comparatively.

Grow up everyone. Bragging about how much money you make, being an internet tough-guy, and acting like you're better than everyone else doesn't get you anywhere.
