couple of maintenance questions guys

as my car approaches 100k, a 2000 s500 id like to do a few things here, i need:
spark plugs (which ones?)
oil filter and oil
air filters
fuel filter
brake fluid change (dot4 or 3?)
i also need new hood struts, hood wont stay up by itself anymore.

can anyone point me to a place that will have all this at most affordable prices? anything local?
can you guys elaborate on certain oil to use? also are there fuel filters at napa/autozone that work, or do i need oem?

im gonna be doing all this myself, so just need to source out the correct parts.

ive used them for my porsche parts in the past, i will look into it.
im in chicago area, any specific oil for this messed up climate?
