Very nice HIDS advans! Are they real Philips bulbs? I thought Philips only made the 4300K and the 6000K.

I think Diamond Vision are not HID, they do look beautifull but i'm guessing light output will be less compare to Standard item. I use Crystal vision (below Diamond Vision line) and they emit white light but i can feel that light output is less.

Looks like a good match for the Xenon bulbs. I'll get a pair and give it a try. I posted a comparison between BlueVision and PIAA Extreme White Plus (sorry no pics) in the W211 section. I was really disappointed with the color of the BlueVision. It looks almost stock to me. That's why I went with PIAA and went HID on the fogs.

yes theyre not HIDS but they perform like HIDS, the output actually are alot better than crystal vision (i tried them out before) and these are great, shoots quite far, looks great from outside and inside of the car! i'm gonna take some pictures later on when I head home (when it gets a lil darker)

Do they really emit a blue like light or do they just look white?
I am interested in the Philips Diamond Vision but I dont want them to turn out to look the same as my Silverstars.

wow this is old school.

yes they do emit a nice blue-ish light, but after like a few months of use, it eventually will turn white-ish.

I suggest you just invest on a set of HIDs, instead of wasting money on sets of halogens.

i got eurolites and piaas but ya if you got the dough i'd just go with HID's. my eurolites in my headlights are still very white and blue compared to the other cars on the road but my piaas in the fogs look kinda yellow during the daytime but at night they look very white.

no, no lamp error, I used them for nearly 8 months, then decided to upgrade to HID headlights/fogs.

Right now, my HID combination is not "bright enough" for me

altho it blinds other people.

MY car is at the dealers today (should read about my experiece with today's loaner!) I told them my headlight assembly was yellow-ing. lets hope they get this fixed.

Meguiar's PlastX! I use that along with everytime I wax my car. I use that stuff to polish the mirror blinkers, taillights, middle brake light on trunk lid, sidemarkers, headlights, and foglights. Love the stuff. My friend has a W211 and had a SUV (I think) back into him and just drive off. I could buff the stuff off his body paint (amazing...this is the 4th time I've seen another car's paint just wash right off Mercedes-Benz paint). His headlights were badly scuffed. I used PlastX and it buffed the scratches right out!

do they at least put out as much light output as the stock halogens? I got some sweet blue no name ones from the local parts store and they looked great in my garage, I was in love with em,but when I pulled the car out at night I couldnt see a thing. They were just for show I guess
