XsuperbeeX - the exhaust on your C320 coupe is very well done! Love the way it looks.

But I am very happy with how it turned out and especially how it sounds.
. Please post a sound clip of it , I'm thinking of doing the same thing.

Will try and get a sound clip today, just to warn you I had to have the magnaflow muffler slightly modified because it is a really tight squeeze back there on the coupe. I would recommend getting a single out or one of the dual out that does not have long tips. That way the tips won't stick out and look all stupid. Luckily the shop I had mine done at worked some muffler magic and made it come out just how I wanted.

Also I think it sounds pretty good, not too much drone in the cabin but there is obviously some, I used to have a GMC Yukon with a flowmaster 40 series and man was that thing loud sounded like I was driving a V8 Boat on the streets. Also I left the resonator becuase I wasn't looking for anything too loud just enough and not super ricer.

In Europe, the avantgarde is the sport bumper. In the states they used the AMG bumper as the "sport" bumper.

Correction, they used the "avantgarde" bumper as the sport bumper from 2003-2004.5. The AMG bumper was only brought in as the "sport" bumper in 2005 refresh - 2007.

Looks great! But imo, you should have sunk the tips into the muffler.
And the original tips, i think the trap tip would have looked great sunked in and flipped over 180 deg...

thanks eesjunin--yea, i could have trimmed the bumper a bit and tucked it up, but it sits pretty much level right now. If i ever get a new rear bumper cover i will perhaps do something different. Really digging the weltmeister quad set up. it would really bring out the roar of my mighty 2.6

Will universal Magnaflow exhausts fit my C240? What size do ya'll recommend? I've read several threads and it seems that 2.5> inch tips are the way to go, duals, correct?
