I am going to attempt to do most of this myself. The dealer quoted 4hrs labour to remove and replace, and looking at the design it should be straight forward. I'm removing the bumper cover to install BiX, so I was considering replacing the AC condenser, then taking it to a shop to hook up the lines and recharge it.
So, after quickly looking at it, the steps seem fairly simple:
1. Remove grill, bumper cover, underbody panels
2. Remove parts surrounding condenser on top
3. Disconnect holes from condenser
4. Detach hooks that hold condenser
5. Pull condenser out the bottom or top, bottom looks easier
6. Reverse and repeat to install
If anyone has any advice on this please help.
Thanks.
