For the sub look under the rear deck on the drivers side. You can see a grill with the BOSE logo from the inside.
Sorry but don't know location of amp.

Found It

If anyone's wondering. If you remove the carpert in the trunk, on the right hand side. The amp sits directly behind the wheelwell. It's in front of the dip in the carpet the holds two quarts of oil, rather nicely.

I found the Coupe BOSE sub on passenger side above rear wheel-well (open the carpet little door access). I know BOSE make crappy subs (for home anyway usually passive not active) but i feel like there's NO BASS AT ALL coming from my sub. How can i check to see if a cable may be disconnected. Yes I only have radio for now but there still should be SOME bass right? Will the audio 10 CD provide more BASS. really didnt want to modify with non-OEM audio stuff on the coupe (which is why i chose the premium audio option). thanks for any input.

Still no sound

This is the latest on my little problem. I stopped by Mercedes today, to see if I could schedule an appointment to have this problem taken care of, and they informed me that it would be three weeks out to schedule an appointment. Its driving me nuts not having an radio, and I'm gettting ready to go on a long trip.

I did manage to speak with the head technician in the shop, and he told me to check the amp in the back, to see if everything was plugged in correctly, unplug everything and then plug it back in. I did this, but with no result. (this is why I was asking where its location was)

What could else could be causing the radio to turn on, but none of the speakers are getting any sound out of them. Should I take the radio out, to see if there is a loose connection in the back. What would happen if an fiber optic wire was crimped? I noticed in an installation instructions that it warned against this. Would this give me symptons such as what I'm experiencing?

Any great ideas I could explore.

Thanks,
Adam

Okay, the location of the BOSE amp is this:

Pretend you are sitting in the BACK seat on the passenger side. Look to the right of where you are sitting. There is a little SRS airbag symbol. The Bose AMP is directly below that symbol in that side wall.

It's a little bit of a pain to remove the panels there to get to the amp, but I was able to. You can figure it out.

I have a 2004 c240 wagon with standard Bose radio and it just started to not play any sound and the CD changer continually says No CD even though the CD changer is installed and worked perfect as of a few days ago.

Ivr tried replacing the fuses for both the Radio (#64 inside the hood by driver side) and Surround Sound (fuse in driver side compartment by door) and still no sound but the radio illuminates.

Am am assuming I need a new amp? Where can I find the Bose amp location on a 2004 c240 wagon??

Many thanks in advance for anyone having insights to share on this.
