Wow great list going guys, we're developing the grill now. We picked up a hood to ensure test fitting and we were given a donor grill by a local member. I'll have updated progress pics as we go along

Don't worry I'm going to put together a group buy price for this grill in both CF and fiberglass. As long as this list stays strong I can keep the cost down for the initial orders. Pics on the way of the progress

The way we're going to mount this grill is going to be similar to the oem mouting style. Screws are going to come from behind through the stock mounting holes and you're going to screw into a backing plate that we are building into the grill.

Not yet, I'm sure they need to finish up mock up off the protype 1st, mold it for production, and figure cost per unit, market research and determine profitable markup to determine the price.

I chose ED to make this grille since I know they have the best chance in offering this product in the price range members are here are willing to spend. I have direct connects at Euroteck and Vorstiener, but ED seemed to be the bet bet since they are down the Street from my work and most people here don't care if the grille is dry carbon $$$.
Also knowing ED would be able to offer it in paintable FRP or Carbon was a plus knowing that members may not want to spend much on a CF piece.

So if you guys think the price is high from ED, I honestly don't think it gets any better. If you like the grille I'd suggest taking advantage of the introductory Group Buy

Unfortunately we actually had to remove the vertical supports on our model. The ones that are there may end up getting removed for the final product as well. I'll see if they can keep them in.

We don't offer color matching because we don't have a painting department here.

Pricing on the way

looking good..
Hmmm... I wonder how it looks like if the back of the slot grills has mesh grill or .. perhaps a design with only two slots.. top and lower and mesh grill in between...

Nice! I think it will look better w/o the vertical supports will look cleaner for lighter color cars that color match it. Just have to remember that not to use the grille to hold on to when applying force lower the hood.
