So I finally decided it was time to create a thread about my w203 and the things I'm doing to it. I found it June 2010 in Fredericksburg, VA after looking for a car for a while. The funny thing is that I didn't even have a Benz in mind because I never thought I would find one with a manual. I was looking for an Audi A4 or BMW 3 series and I stumbled across this 6 spd c230 so I took it for a drive, loved it, and bought it that same day for $20k with 49k miles on it, excellent condition, perfect carfax. Here is the car the day after I bought it:

Forgot to mention, what really sank me in to buy the car was that the original owner imported it from Germany so it was a legit German made MB, which I really liked.

So the first thing I did was get the USB to OBDII cable from Eurocharged and reflashed the ECU. Car got a lot more responsive, it was definitely worth getting.

Then I thought I would focus on some visuals so the first thing I did was get a set of Brabus VI Reps, 18x8.5 Front and 18x9.5 Rear. I really like these because they had the MB logo still on it and I like to keep the car somewhat MB(not a fan of the de-badging thing):

Next thing I did was get a CF front lip from Gary@Suvneer, great deal on the lip! I went over to my friend's house, we jacked up the car, taped it in place a few times to line it up and see where I wanted it, then with his help, we screwed in one side, then the other. Then we put two more screws in, and I put a bolt and nut on each side to make sure it was secure:

Decided I wanted to go with the CL grille and flat hood badge so I got a black CL grille and flat badge and put them on. I also got some PIAA Xtreme White bulbs for the running lights:

Just yesterday, my clear sidemarkers came in so I put them on, and just this afternoon, my PIAA bulbs came in so I put those on to match the running lights:

Next up, I've just ordered some Black Depos so I'm expecting them in next week sometime. Those will complete the front for me.

After that, I've got a Brabus 4-tip exhaust that I plan on putting on, but it's got a lot of work to go. I'm going to get the CF diffuser, and I'll have to get a c55 spare tire well so the passenger side pipe can fit around it. I think I'm going to remove the resonator and secondary cats and make it a true dual the whole way back.

I've got a CF trunk spoiler but I don't want to put it on until I have the CF diffuser to match. I feel like it wouldn't look good by itself on the car. Then I'll vinyl my roof either CF or black and that will be it for a while. I'll be looking into some more performance stuff a couple months down the road, maybe kleemann headers and supercharger.

I was wondering if you had a thread! Lookin real good man. Two questions.... how much did you get the lip for? and which style flat hood badge is that?

the cf lip ran me $250 and it comes with like 8 self tapping screws, but I definitely recommend a bolt w/nut on each side to make sure it's secure.

The flat hood badge is just the normal MB badge that is on the w204's, nothing special. I found the grille and badge sold together on ebay for around $200

yessir $250 for everything right to your door! just send a PM to Gary@suvneer and tell him you have a w203 and make sure you tell him you have the AMG bumper on it so he doesn't give you the one for the regular w203.

yeah man those are nice wheels, I'm putting snow tires on mine so I can swap them out for the winter months and then I'll have a solid set of summer performance tires on the black wheels.

lol I love the white, I've actually never owned a white car until this one but after buying it, I think it might be my favorite color for a car. Definitely a lot easier to keep clean!

Only downside is that the majority of us have one haha

Besides white, my favorite is capri blue (I think that's the color). Eesjunins car is sick... And then pewter like Hectors.
