Rear diffuser loose, Command Software Update

I recently took my car in to get serviced as my rear diffuser was coming loose. The top portion of the diffuser had unlatched from the bottom of the bumper.

Anyway, long story short, I took it in 3 different times to get fixed and it never got taken care of properly - except for this time. They installed a new diffuser with a different attachment method and it fits perfectly snug. Had anyone else been experiencing similar problems?

I also got my Command unit updated like others have and some of the things I've noticed are

1. Audio fadeout option (works great)
2. New graphics (the weather band screen, system options screen, and a few others)
3. Information bar (above the radio stations there's an info bar that displays song names, etc)
4. Better bluetooth responsiveness
5. Supposedly my bluetooth ring volume was fixed but I haven't been able to verify just yet.

Are you in the Vancouver BC Canada area? if yes, Which dealership did u have it updated? Any information as for the command update version number or anything that I can refer to when I bring it in to the shop in richmond automall on Friday? They kept telling me that there wasn't any update for the command system other than the bluetooth update to fixed the echo reception. Other than that they are really FIRM to me that there wasn't any update. I want to be smart about this and from this forum and of course from u, obviously there is an update for the command. Can you or anyone guide me so that I can get this update without FORCING them that there IS an update? Thank you for the help!

update

as we speak I am having them do the flash for the bluetooth update and they are putting in the ipod amp or what ever to address the low volume problem compared to the rest of the stereo settings.

The Telematics update effects the entire car, not just Comand. For example, after the 90 minute update my car got last week, in addition to the items listed above, the garage door opener's range is improved.

Thanks horseshoe,
My dealer has no idea what this update is or that it exists, so I want to give him the ID# or something. I'm picking up my car tomorrow.

Try going with another service adviser.

My COMAND was updated yesterday and it was free as well (US). You have to find a good reason what is not working (there are many ideas in the forum and even in this thread).
