crooked door?!

hey guys...
So i just picked up a used '08 c350 4 matic last week from the dealer...it only had 2000km on it...and it actually used to belong to my cousin..and was just coincidence that I bought it...
anyways...I just got it tinted tonite..and I was just drooling over how good it looked when I noticed this...
what the hell? could the tinting place have done this or should I take this up with the dealer??

I don't know too much about cars..but any info on this and if it would be an easy fix would be nice...anyone else experience this?

Hopefully it only needs the trim adjusted.Does the bottom of the doors align ?

looks like it is just the trim is not attached properly.

If the door was off that much then there would be more serious problems with the door closing
