B Service Today

I brought my C300 in for the B service today. The service advisor stated that I have the highest mileage new C at their dealership. I asked if I get anything for that and he said NO, sorry...lol BTW the cost is going to be $259.00 US and they have a special of $50.00 off till Dec. 3rd 2008

Oh yeah? What's your milage? I'm at 18,300 - toying with calling up for my B service soon.

26,543 miles since March 3, 2008. They reflashed my trans with new software, haven't tested it today was raining and slippery.

Did you ask them to do this, or they did it themselves?

Finally - One more question, how are your brakes and tires? Particularly interested in your brakes. At 26,000+ did your pads need replacement yet?

I asked them to check out the tranny software. They also did Fluids and filters and a clamp on the cooling system, oil and filter. everything was good. I do alot of highway miles and rarely use my brakes...lol

cool. Good to hear. The tires are still original too then?

Glad you had a good service. I had a good service A today myself. Maybe next year I'll ask for the software update.
