maybe it has something to do with how long the bulbs have been used..? do you do a lot of night-time driving?

in my experience over the years, i've gone through several dozen Polargs on a couple different cars and they've all shown a tendency to change.

Main thing for me is that they at least dont change in ten minutes..

this is true. it's definitely not an immediate change, but moreso a gradual one over the weeks and months. hell, the change is so slight and steady that most ppl wouldn't notice the change until it's really dramatic. but the fact that these bulbs are soo cheap, it might be worthwhile.

That looks great vic!

I was thinking of ordering some for my car, just a question, how many in total do I need for both eyebrows? Also would these work in the side-markers? Thanks

You need two pairs for the brows, do not know wich bulb is located in the side markers as we dont have them here in Europe.

It's a bit tricky but not TOO bad. You can remove the panel cover as someone did in a DIY to get some more room.

Sup Vic Viper,

Nice looking Benz w/ the polargs lights...I have a question...Does the bulb need anyking of ballast or capacitor like the lo/high beam HId Conversion kit?

Thanks

I would go with CrystalVisions for the low beams as well, great color output!

There is only one type of CV, you need the H7 for low beams.

Here's what I was planning on doing:

Eyelids - Polargs
Low Beams - Promax HID 6000k
High Beam & Fogs - CrystalVision Ultras or SilverStar Ultras (I'm still researching on which would be better.)

Also, are HIDs in high beams practical?

Eyelids- Polargs
Low Beams- Phillips Diamond Vision 5000K
Fogs- Stock

I'm pretty happy with the light output.
