Eyebrow LED? no thanks, Polarg? yes please!

My Polarg M4 ordered from ebay arrived today, ordered five sets for half the price of two LED sets.

AZN LED - Great color, turns purple in 10 minutes
Gilles LED - Even better color, turns blue in 10 minutes
Polarg M4 - Decent color - and stays that way!

Only had my cell so the pics arnt the best, but they do the IRL color justice.

Until something better comes up, these are my choice!

I'm running Polargs as well, and they match pretty good with the fogs and the Bi-Xenons. I only wish they were a little bit brighter.

Yes, I also noticed that LED.s were somewhat brighter, but color and looks are consistant wich is more important to me.

Just to let everyone know how it looks with all lights on:

Eyebrows: Polargs
Low beams: Stock Bi-Xenons
Fogs: Philips CrystalVisions

This is the same setup as VV.

I just took the picture now after washing my car.

@Enigma, also washed my car and went out for some night driving, noticed that the Polargs and stock xenons match up really well as the CrystalVisions tend to be a tad more to the blue side, but nothing that bothers me, they look a whole lot better than stock.

I agree, it's a lot better than stock. They will do for now. I have a wedding to go to tomorrow so I thought I'd give it a quick wash over. The car only has 250 miles on the clock.

Dang! You guys are making me want to get a set of Polargs and try... Got to spend an additional $25 on the never-ending endeavor to find the perfect eyelids.

It will be the fifth set of lights on the eyelids (including the factory bulbs)... I've already spent like $100 on bulbs for the car.

Quick question: is the Polarg M4 only for the Eyebrows?? how many(sets) should I order for each side??
Also, I do not like the stock low beam on my car, they are not bright enough..Are there any goods to replace them??
Thanks

Never heard of Raybrig but I guess they may be similar if the bulb is dark blue colored.

There are two bulbs in each set, so you need two sets and they are regular W5W wedge base.

Same here, but I think I must have spent almost $200.
The ones from ACS tuning were a major ripoff.

I've decided to stay with the LED bulbs from Gilles. They are the best out of all of the LEDs I have tried. The Polargs are good and inexpensive but not that bright. I have used the LED bulbs from AZN for my side markers (they do not change color in that location) and they match the Gilles LEDs that I am keeping for my eyelids.

I may try to wire my own resistor to each eyebrow light and put in a brighter multi-LED bulb. That way I could use a more durable resistor that's not so close to the bulb (to prevent overheating and burning out) and also to take care of the amperage change that causes the change of color.

I've been runnign with Polargs for a long time now. As a matter of fact I have switched all of the 194's to Polargs inside and out. Except the stealths in the smoked markers of course.

I just put the JDM "BIHAKU" Super Bright SMD T10 wedge LED bulbs with built-in load resistors yesterday and was pretty disappointed with the results. I switched out the stock HID bulbs with 6000k, so i was trying to match the eyelids but didn't work out well. I got like a bluish color, I was looking for a super white like i thought it would be. Check out the picture, it was taken from the side.

while Polargs may stay the same consistent color when the car is on; they generally tend to dim and fade to greenish after only a couple months.

Mine have been in well over a year and are still nice and white.
