Thumbs up Benz Elite Mercedes Shop in NOVA / MD

If there is anyone in the Northern Virginia area looking for a good MB indie shop to get their performance parts installed, STAR Diag, and regular maintenance.. check this shop out! They have Mercedes-Benz certified Master technicians and they will install pullies, suspension and anything else you have at very good rates. If you live in the area like I do, you know how hard it is to find a good shop to do anything around here for less...

The guys there are cool and helped me clear some STAR codes as well as resolve some other issues I was having on the house...

Check them out at; Talk to Emile

The guy that my family recently used (my bro has an M5, we used it to repair his bent rims and replace them with a new set) was Rod at Nationwide Wheel Repair:

http://start.cortera.com/company/res...-wheel-repair/

His direct # is: 240 299 4856

I also met a guy who refinishes wheels and dents (he quoted me at $50 a rim for a powdercoat and refinish) also in that area. i have his card at home but i'll post it when i get home.

hope this helps!

i went to the benz elite shop on saturday morning around 9 but no one was there... their website and the sign on their door said they open at 8. no one answered the phone at all either... i ended up just driving 2 miles down the road and shelling out at benz dealer of alexandria.

just wanted to share my not-so-good first impression.

I spoke to Emile to see about them addressing my supercharger pulley bearing and idler guide pulley. I had another independent who talked to the MB dealer suggest the expensive supercharger repair kit and I told them to forget it while I researched options. I checked things out here, spoke to Emile who was happy to help me for a very reasonable charge and got the OE bearing from Code3 performance in addition to the idler pulley guide from parts.com. They took care of me yesterday and I am rattle free and happy.

Emile was great to work with and I would highly recommend them. They have a very nice, clean shop and great customer service. I will be using them going forward and recommend them to any Washington, DC area MB owners looking for a good independent shop.

Yes, thanks for the heads up on the shop.

I'm the original owner of my C32 and have been around here for a long time. The board has been very helpful when diagnosing problems. My car has been good except for the typical C32 issues discussed so many times here.

NP. Hmmm now that I think about it - I tinkered with a blue C32 a while back on 495 in MD headed to VA. Wonder if that was you cause I dont see many around especially in that color.

2 thumbs up for Emile and Eddie at Benz Elite in Alexandria. Went there this Saturday, and they troubleshooted an issue w/ the p.s.e pump in my trunk. These guys are very professional, honest, and told me the problem. They quoted me excellent prices for service a and b. I will be back.
