There is a Mercedes magazine out of the UK but I want to say a yearly subscription in the US is close to at least $100.

they do but you won't find any back issues. i don't think they'll be doing any articles about our cars anymore

I dont think its gona tell you color options. Contacting a dealership might be a better way
