I'm sure your car is bloody fast...because the C43 is not too shabby.
I can't speak for Jeff but I know my 5.5L motor has made me totally forget about having or what it was even like to have the 4.3L motor.

The thing that does impress me about the performance of my car is how it's able to compete with some of the popular 400 to 400hp+ cars topend. I have a set of cylinder heads coming so when that's tinkered with we'll really see how she likes that.

The only non AMG 5.5L motors they have are the cars they build now sans 550. The older 5.5L M113 motors were ALL built by AMG.
These are two entirely different motors.

C55 conversion isn't worth the extra money. Why so interested in the w202? What's wrong with the w203 C55? It's got everything a C43 has and more... Even if you get a C43, I wouldn't mod it to get C55 specs.

Why wouldn't you?? the 202 is lighter then the 203, and by putting an E55 engine (which has more torque then the C55 engine) in a C43, it would definitly beat the C55 anyways!! Makes totally more sense...

Yes, if you put a C55 engine in a C43, you will be faster than a w203 C55. But that's just one single aspect of the change. You'll have the updated interior of the w203.

The main point in my argument against the swap would be the amount of money you would ultimately have to pay for such an engine swap. The price of the engine plus labor will cost someone well over the price of a nicely used w203 c55.

I definitely do not see the W203 interior as an upgrade. Feature wise, such as having navigation, it would be better, but not at all in terms of fit and finish or materials. Some people also prefer the W202.
