It depends on the plugs you last used, but 10k miles is nothing really for any plug... The Bosch platinum +4's are good for almost 100k miles.

Are Bosch plugs OK in a Benz? They made my dodge run terrible

I used them (still do) in BOTH my C-class a C280 and a C36 AMG with no problems whatsoever.
