Ipod on Command Screen?

Hey - is it possible to have the ipod info (song etc) show up on the Command Screen not just under the speedo - if it had the same interface as the Sirius that would freaking rock.

You are going to be able to add it in the future from my undertanding. In my GL and SL we can already display the iPod on the COMAND screen and its amazing.

I read the review on Cnet and they had a preproduction car and complained about the iPod interface. They werent concerned because MBUSA told CNET it was going to be fixed before the release of the car. Apparently it hasnt been.

Yeah. Your dealer should be able to take care of these for you. I had my CL updated recently for some other things and they did it free of charge. On my dad's S600 they were able to update it to the 2008 version. We no longe have the S600 as it was replaced with an S65, but it can be done.

Didn't mean to come off that way, but just stating that the nice feature of COMAND is that you can add newer features as they come along. Not sure if you C63 guys get Traffc updates or not, but I know the S/CL get them and these are the near same units. And if you folks have Tele-Aid you can even email directions to your car.

BTW I love your white C63. Awesome combo indeed.

Only in the UK. Just because you can opt for the new COMAND interface. Over here in the states MBUSA thinks we are all chumps and idiots hence we get options last.

I have an '09 C63 with iPod integration and it does not come up on the Command Screen. The vehicle does show the currently playing track on the in-dash screen.

Yeah it only displays on the MFD in the IC. The new Comand interface allows you to see it on the COMAND screen.
