Custom AMG helmet...

Well I had my helmet custom painted at the beginning of the year but never got around to sharing it with the C63 forum. It started out as an all black Arai GP5W, sent it off to Censport Graphics and in return got this. I went with a DTM theme, with all the track names in the circuit listed around the bottom of the helmet, and a big Nurburgring track/DTM logo on the back. Plus I wanted the helmet in blue as it's my favorite color

Censport did an AMAZING job on it!

Hey 1st amg, not at all. Let me start off by saying I chose 2 options that drove the price up quite a bit (ie. chrome base, matte finish on the black, blue chrome visor). So total including the chrome visor was $1600, not including the helmet. This also includes design time. This is near the high end, and I think if I recall his prices start at around $600. You can either come up with your own design, have him design one for you, or work together on a design. I basically gave him photos of a couple designs I liked, along with the general theme/colors I wanted, logo etc...and he put all the ideas together.

I look at this as a custom piece of art that will last forever. I'll try to get some better shots of the helmet, but check out censportgfx.com for more pics. Page 2 under "Gallery" Plus a ton of other really cool helmets! I want another one! I want to start a wall mural haha!

Very very unique, that would be an idea to start a little collection, wonder if he could duplicate a Michael Schumacher and Aryton Senna, that would be well worth it, thanks for the ideas!!

Before I get a sticker I rather make sure I alrady have a Snell 2000 and DOT approve helmet, the sticker comes last but yours looks good.
