Did you guys do any runs prior to the LTH? What was the out come? What bout stock for stock results?

Can't wait to get the CLS55 on Friday, I'll hit you guys up, maybe we could get a meet going.

Nice vid! Looks like you guys had some fun. Did you get the white part on your tails painted black or a really dark smoke? Looks good on a black car if so.

Yeah I have to say traction is a big issue now like you are having. I'm really trying to find the perfect street tire that also acts like a drag radial, if such a tire exists. I'll probably go with the Bridgestone RE-11s next set and see how those work.

Go get that Performance Box data logger! I just received mine last week and it's a very cool (and accurate) toy. I tried to log a 60-130 mph run over the weekend and I let off at 128.9! Oops. I'll try to get another run in soon, but it would be fun to compare data to see how all our modified C63s stack up against each other.

its tint on the rear lights. the best tires for the winter for grip have to be mickeytompson's. getting a pair soon.

they are cheap tires accualy they $100 each. and they 80% done.

WTF are you talking about?! What's there to read? Both cars are stock, the dude in the white C63 said "i'm not doing this again it's my first time". Then a reply to the video that said "can you guys seriously not coordinate an even launch? losers. "

I'm the same e55 that raced him. The guy driving the c63 never really did a 3 honk race besides racing another c63 (mthis). My e55 stock vs stock is faster then the c63. I actually wanred to get a video of us the same nite I raced mthis but he doesn't like to do these 3 honk races as its clear he was confused lol.

What did you expect to happen? Stock vs stock the e55 is faster plus I had no traction issues and he did. His car needs to make up for how much faster my car is and then on top of that pass me.

He dynoed 399 whp before headers and I dynoed at 411whp 456wtq on the same dyno. He had just a tune at the time and he would barely beat me. Now with the headers he easily beats me and he isn't even hooking traction. I on the other hand am impressed.

Thanks for the explanation. In this case, it's insane what LTH and a tune can do to a C63.

exactly...WILL walk m5/m6, that's a fact!
A buddy in my neighborhood has a M5, with a full ASR exhaust system. One day driving home, I ran into him. I got behind him, we both punched it, both spinning, but in 2nd/3rd gear, I was pulling on him, not a lot, but still pulling. At about 100mph, we were even and he was not gaining. Keep in mind, his car is not stock either. A tuned C63 will walk it and out of his mouth was "man, after that chip, you'll be eating me for breakfast".

Not sure about that Bro, from what I've seen you'll need more than a tune to take an M6 and the M5 should be right there. A C63 with headers/tune will take an M5, but not sure about the M6, my buddies Stage 3 C63 ran my buddies lightly modded M6 they were pretty heads up, regardless results vary, the cars are all very close.

I filmed this run with the M6 and C63, I wasn't in "race" mode while filming and driving, lol, still they both walk me 2-3 cars up to 140 in our other runs. The C63 is a fantastic car, this vid is not to cause drama, just adding to a civil discussion here!

Try Toyo R888's or T1R's they are great or the closest you can get to drag radials. I went with the T1R's

I also upped my size in the rear to 275x35x18's from the stock 255's

And upped my fronts too to 245x40x18's in the front
