Welcome to the club, congratulations.
The torque is unreal, isn't it.

What's up with the AMG kit? Did you get the car outside US? or aftermarket...

Thanks guys! Its a dealer installed amg kit. They claim the only one in the US.. As for the deal- They threw in the amg for free! As you guys probably know the sticker is 152K, and with amg it was 161K. They let it go for 136K! (Before that they offered it for 141K, of course i acted like i was leaving.) They have many cl's on the lot. 2 other cl6oo, one cl63, and a couple of cl550. They did have one 2009 cl550 , but had a hold on it for a customer. oh yea, they had the one modded by a sponser here, no comment. Hey Joseph, maybe ill see you on the LIE..

Beautiful car- best of luck with it. What dealership did you get it from? I am interested in a CL63 or a 600. Do you think the 600 is a better performing car? Any idea of what they would want for a 63?

Thanks

Thanks again guys. I wasnt going to name the dealership, but i have nothing but praise for the team there. It is mercedes of massapequa( actually its in Amityville). If the cl63 had the same leather as the 600, i would probably have kept the 2007 that i had.
Hope to see u guys on the road or perhaps a meet.

hey onefast, they had the 08 cl63, give them a call. Speak to maria in sales. tell her patrick told u about the "good deals". The torque in the 600 is a blast, and the ride a bit smoother, however i did have the 030 in the 63. also the lower profile tires on the 63 makes me nervous on unfamiliar roads.

Just picked up my CL600 and it is fantastic. I drove 3 CL's before deciding. The 550 4matic, the 63 and the 600.

The 550 was OK- not great. The CL63 had a wonderful exhaust and drove quite well. But the CL600 was great! The torque in that car is amazing. It will easily pass the 63 and with ultimate luxury.

Great Car!!

I was about to pick one of these bad boys up, you are right they are offering great deals right now, but I had to pass it up. I was all ready to spend a lot of money on aftermarket products for it and I was about a day away from buying it. I went to the shop that I use for aftermarket parts and I heard an F430 with a Capristo exhaust and a bunch of other little things on it and I fell in love. I am not in a position to buy the F430 really but the customer that had this one had a second one that he was selling at a very decent price and I had to bite. Fricken Capristo made me spend way more money than I was prepared to. I will add the CL600 soon and I plan on doing many cool mods to it. You guys have a really great car and I hope you have fun modding it because I was really looking forward to that.

I had the pleasure of going for a ride in one with someone else and I could not believe just how smooth and fast that thing was.

Tough call but I think: CL600 with AMG > CL63
