Post Finance/Lease #s on a CL63?

I'm in the market for an '09 CLS 63, but I can't help but look at the CL 63 since I'm moving from both my M5 and an S550...Does anyone have probable numbers for an '08 or '09 CL 63 financed (or leased) over 5 years? I'm over in China right now and am a very impatient person - dealerships aren't giving me quotes over email.

Thanks for the input...

(Also, did anyone look into a 63 and end up with a 550? The #s on a 550 [at least from MSRP/invoice] look similar to a CLS63, and I'm thinking that I'd prefer a CL550 to a CLS63 - not sure I need the speed as much as I want the distinction/style of an AMG...Or maybe just hopscotch and go with the 600?)

Look at mbusa.com under financial svcs...there's a lease pmt calculator...I believe one needs to adjust quoted pmt for sales tx (as calc'd on car leases, varies by state)....would guess ?5% discounts are easily available...

IMO, CL550 is a vast waste of money...underpowered, underbraked, plastic interior...and for '09 it's a 4Matic w/the crappy, primitive Airmatic chassis, not ABC

Drive CL63 030 vs 600 vs 65 to decide which makes most sense vs own driving style/preferences...each is a great car w/own set of strengths/weaknesses....would argue each (esp 63 030 and 65) is one of world's best overall driver's cars....w/many jaded, affluent addicts who've bought each of them repeatedly over the years...

+1
You owe it to yourself to test drive (hard) above mentioned cars.
Then..... make an educated choice.
Mark.

Thanks for the responses - in my research I've come to the same conclusion that I should be focusing on the 63 or 600, but I wanted to have some idea of what to expect in terms of lease/finance numbers other folks were getting.

I don't trust that lease/finance calculator they have on their site. That presumes retail which is just awful.

As you know, lease pmt quotes mean little....the quoted pmt can be manipulated in many different ways for clueless to believe they can afford a car and are paying a decent price....

Most astute buyers seem to lease, $0-down, minimal miles, and choose term determined by sales tx arbitrages (varies by state); examine the early termination provisions of lease; MF and residuals from MB Financial are public data (available on mbworld's leasing forum).....

Discount off MSRP should be healthy in this recessionary environment...but would ascribe some value to getting a car to one's desired specs (these are discretionary cars, right?) and obtaining car at a well-regarded dealer w/a customer-focused salesguy....esp critical if car has lemon issues or even if one just wants more seamless treatment for any routine service issues...time is money...

Would test-drive 600 vs 63 and get best price (and lease) at most competent, convenient dealer....I'm sure many on forum can opine re: best dealers/deals in your region....

I didn't even know there was a leasing forum here with those numbers. Spot on, I've got an idea of what to look for.

Now, to decide between the 63 and the 600
