The auction says it's "Dealer Owned". So, technically, it's a "new" car with the buyer getting the warranty activated at the purchase date & current mileage.

Looks like a good deal on a "new" CL 65.

It's dealer owned. So technically its new even though it has 2250 miles. At benz dealers cars that has not reached 3000 miles are sold as new cars. For example when the manager or president drives it puts on 2000 miles they still sell it as new car. Just cheaper price.

If i dont make sense dont nevermind.

I have no clue what kind of exhaust he got on it but **** it sounds AWESOME. It's a good deal just I cant afford it LOL if I could I would get it in a heart beat man.
