However, I want it to work with my existing command unit and I'm not sure if that is possible. Has anyone looked into this or done it before? I would like it seamlessly integrated w/ text on screen and the whole nine yards as it would come from the dealership. I really do not want any aftermarket units in the vehicle, even hidden in the ashtray or glovebox is unacceptable to me. Any advice or help or direction would be greatly appreciated. Also, if you happen to have an aftermarket unit in an 03 W215 please show me your install I would be willing to take a look if I have no other alternative. I am tired of stock radio I like having that backup option as I do in my newer E and C classes. Thanks guys.

MB does not currently offer a Sirius radio upgrade for 03 cars as far as I know.
