Hi. I got a referral to a very obsessive compulsive detailer from my friend Dave (Miami Dave on the forum). The detailers name is Luis and he is the Guru with regards to car cleaning and detailing. Here is a link to the M5 detail forum where he posted my pictures to show his work. He started at 9AM with a co-worker, did not take a break, and finished at 8:45PM

. You could eat off my car when he was done both inside and outside. If any of you need a one time detail to literally make your car better then when it rolled off the assembly line then this is the guy to do it. He truly takes pride in his work. My car is toward the bottom after the pictures of the blue M5.

Larry, I'm glad you were happy with Luis. It's really difficult to find people you can trust, and who love are cars as much as we do. I see it as money well spent (and I know you feel the same way).

FWIW, the pictures don't do any of these cars real justice-and the pics are awesome

Wow, that looks super!!! The best detail job I've ever seen

I regularly get my cars detailed but none I have worked with even come close to this. It's absolutely amazing and I wish we have a detailer like Luis here in So. Cal.

Hi. It cost $420 plus I gave a $50.00 tip. I know it sounds a bit pricey but he and a co-worker literally worked for just under 12 full hours on my car with very short breaks. My interior is just perfect. The exterior feels like glass with not one swirl mark or scratch seen in the clear coat. He brought large fluorescent lights on stands and put them all around the car. He used a hand help fluorescent light as he worked. He is truly obsessive compulsive but in a good way at least.

Thanks. I would not recommend someone on this board if I didn't think he was worth it. He goes on a lot of detailer forums. I will ask if he knows of someone in your area that does his caliber of work and get back to you.

Could you see if he has someone in the New York city area? He does a great job. I would love to have this done.
