Had service now stereo wont power off :(

My A class just had a service and now its back the stereo doesnt power on or off with the ignition.
ie when the stereo is on and I turn the car off the stereo stays on

Any ideas? I have phoned the dealer and they are getting back to me but are saying that its nothing theyve done!?

Just metered out the wires and the perm 12v and ignition switched 12v is fine, when i turn the key off the ignition switched 12v drops to 0 so god knows whats up with it.
To make matters worse I cant find the keycode now!
