A160 - Shuddering at Speed or going over Bumps
Could someone please davise me. I have a 2nd hand A160 (1999) which appears to shudder or move sideways when I am travelling at speed or go over small bumps/holes in teh road. The car is new to me and my C180 which I have had for a couple of years does not do this at all. I understand the difference in weight etc but it is disconcerting when travelling at speed. Can anyone advise what the problem might be, before I go to a garage.
Thanks Puds |

I would guess that you have something loose in the suspension, perhaps a bad steering arm, bushing or ball joint.
