For my 1000th post I figured I would let you all in on what else I've been working on..
When I started to develop the headers, I also thought, why couldn't we have a full exhaust as well... I wanted it to be a complete bolt-on system just like the headers. That way it would keep all the same factory pick-up points, and I also wanted to keep the primary cats in the stock location. Well I got one out of two!
I used 200 cell metal matrix cats, but they would not fit in the primary locations. So the O2 sensors will need to be extended.

This pretty much mimics the factory system sizing with only slight increases to aid flow.
Still working on the pricing...

A funny thing happened on the way to the dealership...
So, I was talking to the tech as he was working on my car, things were going a little slow and he was keeping me updated on the install. Around lunchtime he was like come up and take a look so you can see what I'm talking about. After lunch I head up to the dealership and by the time I get there, he's done!!
The car is so sweet now. Nice power, great sound, I love it!!! Needless to say there is a need for a tune to take full advantage of everything. My tech snapped some pics...

looks great! so you eliminated the secondary headers and moved the primaries to the previous resonator location? any o2 sensor problems?

I deleted the primaries and put 200 cell metal cats where the secondary cats were and moved the O2 sensor bungs behind that.

I must say that this has been a long road, but it has been well worth it when you finally get it all right!!!

Sorry ViPCLK320 but I've bought everything you made. Time to give my money to another cause.lol
Unless you have something to turn my attention away from GhostRiders Headers and CAT back exhaust system.
So unless your wife has a twin sister I think you are SOL. LOL

lol, i'm all out of new products and won't be developing anything, because my next mod is the 63 engine but that will be after i get the new ride which won't be for about a year either a f430 or 458 italia and that ***** will stay factory except some wheels, so i guess i'm officially out of the product development game. but Ghost has great products and i would drop money on his products in a heart beat. good job Ghost keep it coming and work on that front camber kit and the i'll probably have you do a complete cat back for the 63 engine as soon as i drop it in.
lol
