No hook/latch for the rear seat for the 01-02' CLK55. Only the tether hook near the headrest. I have Britax Roundabout and I just use the seatbelt and the tether strap and it works quite well. Both my 01'CLK55 and 02'E55 don't have the latch hook. Honestly, loading the infant/ todler in the CLK is a pain in the a**, especially they can't walk yet. Now I only take my 2.5 year old with the CLK.
